A fast-spreading blaze has erupted in a historic building in the heart of downtown. The flames are threatening the structure, sending a thick plume of black ash into the atmosphere. Firefighters are on scene fighting the alarming fire. The origin of the fire is currently unknown by authorities. A number of responders are on site and have blocked o
